A free CORE Model Evaluation Tool assessment

The CORE Evaluation Tool

This free assessment is an example of how to abridge ancient principles and modern processes in the Christian faith which asserts that loving God with all one’s mind, heart, soul, and strength; and others as yourself are the greatest commandments (Luke 10:27). Let’s be honest. Christians are not primarily known for living up to that standard. There’s room to grow.

Evaluation is possible because of how practical the command is. These questions are based on biblical Scripture and pinpoint psychological learning domains. The mind is the Cognitive domain (Philippians 4:8). The heart and soul are the Affective domain (1 Corinthians 13:3-8). Strength is the Psychomotor domain (Colossians 3:12-16). By contextualizing the practical quality of each domain and using inductive definitions of Scripture, authentic evaluation is possible. Goals can be set. Growth can be measured by retaking the assessment after an attempt to reach those goals has been made.

This survey takes approximately 45 minutes to complete depending on your pace. It is not timed. The accuracy of your score depends on the honesty of your answers.

After you submit the survey your results will generate automatically. You will receive a copy of the questions and results if you provide an email. You will also be directed to the Understanding Your Results page.
